The issue of missing parts is a frequently asked question. We do ask you to check the contents at the time of delivery. If you think you are missing something, please call us straight away, so we can get a replacement part out to you as soon as possible. In most cases the parts are packaged carefully and stowed on the inside of the bath tub for delivery.
All baths are hand finished and checked before being packaged for delivery by courier. As part of that process we always fit your feet and level the bath prior to leaving our warehouse. We label each foot carefully so that you know where to fix it when you fit your bath.
Some bath feet will be supplied with washers however some will not – it all depends on your choice of bath. You may even find that the front two feet will come with them and the back two feet will not. This is normal; it may be to balance you bath and allow efficient draining.
If you perhaps have an old farmhouse with a sloping floor, or are fitting your bath in an unusual location, please let us know and we will advise you in person how to go about leveling your bath. We will supply as many washers as you require - just drop us a line!
